Columbus Engagement Pictures

It’s been a fair amount of time since I have traveled to Columbus, Ohio, but these Columbus Engagement Pictures with Nick and Alecia remind me I need to make that trip more often!  I am so excited the construction is pretty much wrapped up on the Scioto Mile as we had lots of gorgeous locations available for them.  We incorporated water which is always dreamy, the city background that is super sweet, a touch of urban, and lots of gorgeous architecture.  Which has been a personal goal of mine and when I mentioned it to them, they said they loved the idea so we ran with it more than once.  Nick and Alecia were game for anything.  Walking along the rocks as a way to use the wall as a wind blocker as we had a minor wind advisory the day we met.  As a photographer, when this happens it can be frustrating as you want everybody to have fun so my advice would be keep assuring the couple the wind will stop eventually and keep telling them how good they’re doing with it all.  I have been in that position before with my hair out of control during a session and it can easily make somebody worried it’s showing up in their pictures.  By doing this, Nick and Alecia went home very excited to see their images.  To view more of their engagement pictures, click here.
