LV High School Senior
What a great evening catching up with the Carr family in the studio. They have their final LV High School Senior, Dylan, and I’m honored they asked me to take his pictures just like I did for his older brothers. I remember everything about all of the sessions. With Devin, his younger brothers, Derek and Dylan, made fun of him while throwing a football back and forth. By the end of Devin’s session, he said he will return home from college when Derek scheduled his session to do the same thing to him. With Derek, I will never forget his popping the hip picture in centerfield that I refused to delete and it landed in his album. When it came time for Dylan, he greeted me with a big hug. It was so sweet to hear him express he wanted to do the same type of images like his brothers, which speaks to Dylan’s kind character. Prior to his session, Lisa asked if I could help with a picture they had in mind. Their family dog was photographed during Derek’s session and unfortunately passed away. The entire family mourned the loss of their family dog and that Dylan didn’t do well with it all. Shortly after Poncho passed away, Dylan expressed how he couldn’t have his senior pictures taken with him. In order to pull this off, the only thing I said to Dylan would be we had an idea in mind and to have faith in it all. He smiled and said ok while I posed him with nothing in between his arms. With the combined efforts with posing Dylan the exact same way as Derek and sending both images to my partner in crime, Amanda Estep Photography, we pulled off a pretty special surprise.
