Harvest of Memories Senior Model Contract

2019-2020

Only a select few will be chosen to be a Senior Model for Harvest of Memories each year. Every Senior Model comes with recommendations and are selected for their character, drive, and photogenic ability.

If you sign this, you’re committing to the following terms:

*$350 deposit toward your Senior Portrait Package is due at the signing of this contract. You will get 1 outfit “Intro” session at that time.

*Your first formal senior shoot will be between March 1st and April 30th. Pictures will be returned in May before your school releases for summer break.

*As an Ambassador, you will make personal contact by mail, email, or any form of social media to your classmates.

*Tag Harvest of Memories anytime you give a shout out or check in with Harvest of Memories on FB. (3 check ins will qualify you for a Free 8x10 print.)

*If I tag your your image on Instagram, it’s required that you screenshot and share it on your newsfeed via Instagram with credit to Harvest of Memories. It could be a photo from your session, but it can also be an advertisement for an upcoming special that will be required that you share. This will ultimately help you gain chances of referrals if they see it on your newsfeed or stories.

*Important note: A referral is a PAID booking for a senior photo session.

*Referral Rewards $25 for 1-5 Referrals, $40 for 6-9 Referrals, and $500 for 10 Referrals

*You will be given an app with your watermarked images on them. One of the photos will be your discount card. You do have the choice that 2 cards returned to me you can waive the cash back option and I will give you a 16x24 print.

*During the time you are a Senior Model, you cannot be photographed by any other professional photographer to be used as promotional advertising for that photographer.

*If you void this contract, or get your Senior Photographs taken with another photographer, you will forfeit any deposits and all photos will be deleted.

Ways to void contract:

*Getting expelled from your school

*Participating in activity deemed socially unacceptable by Harvest of Memories as a Senior Model representing Harvest of Memories.

*Saying you want out and forfeiting any deposits you have paid for so far.

I understand this contract:

Parent - I understand this contract and will forfeit any deposits and all photos taken will be deleted if my child choses to use another photographer for their Senior Portraits after being represented as a Senior Model for Harvest of Memories. This contract serves as the release for any photos to be used with her or him in it for advertising, promotional or publications.
